The following website http://www.getacoder.com/buyers/create.php connects customers who need to have programming done with programmers who perform the work. They publish jobs within a price range and programmers bid on the jobs.

I was wanting to know if anybody has every gotten any jobs from this or other sites and what was their experience like.

After looking over the available jobs I get the impression the jobs are lowly paid and the customers are expecting a lot for what they are paying.

If this is the future of programming should it worry professional programmers that their skills are being replaced by competition from around the world willing to work for a lot less than they are?
