#118141 - But is it...?

we are developing the driver and hardware interface.

But is it an 8052-based development? If not, it's still off-topic.

When i have to use autocutter its working sometimes and sometimes it's not.

You need to be more specific: what exactly happens when it "doesn't work":
  • Nothing at all?
  • Something (what?) but it doesn't do a full cut?
  • or what?

Have you checked that the correct signal(s), timing and/or supplies are being provided?

I guess a paper cutter would have a high peak current requirement - are your driver & power supply adequate for this?

Have you used an oscilloscope to check?

Whenever i open Platen Switch its not working for sometime.

What have you done to determine whether it's the switch or the cutter at fault?

Is there anything else controlled by the switch that could be interfering with the cutter?

Is there software involved? If so, what have you done to determine whether it's a software or hardware problem?
