#116729 - help: how to make dc motor speed linear?
Hai,

I'm trying to control the speed of dc motor using pwm technique..I'm using the 89s51. The code is basically like in
http://www.8052.com/codelib/unlimited%20pwm

For the driver i use the L293D motor driver.
The problem is that the speed of the motor and the voltage on the output side of L293D is not linear (logaritmic)to the PWM generated.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem? I want it to be linear..

I use 100Hz freq, duty cycle resolution 1%.

Thx a lot,
Leo
