I think Erik is Absolutly right. Keil has very odd naming conventions for the lables segment names etc. It is always hard to remember all the things all the and error are likely. #pragma SRC is a good friend no doubt. Just write a blank function and it will give you a nice cakewalk to write the asm inside it. But without Manuals you wont be able to do any thing over there.
