If you haven't opend it, are you sure, that your vendor gave you a fresh one? Bring it back to him and tell him what you observed, then maybe he will give you a fresh one. A hardened solder paste cannot be repaired by anything, at least to my knowledge. Datasheets I have (unfortunately only in german) tell, that there's no chance to use any solvent to get it soft again. Properties shall heavily worsen then. Good luck, Kai |
