Over here, "Tension" tends to be used in electronic rather than electrical (power-distribution) engineering; thus you'd find "EHT" inside a CRT TV or monitor.
For power distribution, they tend to talk about Low Voltage (LV) for 240/415, Medium Voltage (MV) for 11/33kV, etc |
