I am trying to make a usb based data aquistion system something like this

I have started out with the ST Upsd3434ec eval board as starting point.I am using the internal 10bit adc for the data aquistion.
But for starting i have decided to keep it simple around 10K samples/sec.So i am aquiring the data every 100us second to get the above sample rate.

Problem is how can do i calculate how much buffer is required for storing the values since the USB is fast speed and i am using the Bulk mode.

I have coded for above but problem is my buffer overflows and so i am losing the data.Can somebody give suggestion on how to go about it .
