I am totally satisfied with RS quality of components. As a regular customer I can even prepay by cheque, instead of getting a Demand Draft made, saving a trip to the bank and commission.
But one aspect is quite disappointing.Unlike the UK parent they do not have quantity discount, the RS term for which is BP(big pack). So for production quantities, I must search for another vendor. This is not always possible or practical. |
