a noble proposal, I have thought about offering things like "rejected" prototypes (e.g. works, but a signal comes out on the wrong pin - the NOR gate, that would not be required for other uses is pinned as a NAND (my most frequent goof) - a few that would only be stated as $100 (single unit) of salvageable components). But the logistics, - too many requests or none - who to send to - how much is the freight, has made me decide not to.
