LICENSE TERMS FOR THE WORKS YOU CREATE USING BORLAND DELPHI PERSONAL VERSION 6
You may not use the Software for any ... institutional purpose of any kind What on earth does "institutional" mean in this context? Surely a school, college or university is an "institution" - so are they saying you can't use it for school, college or university projects?! You may not receive any direct or indirect compensation for the distribution or use of your Works. Doesn't the award of a degree or other qualification count as "indirect compensation"? Sounds like this licence is pure gobbledygook - totally meaningless! Maybe that means it's unenforceable...? ;-) |
