Very much a headache; to fix this "right" I really need to review a lot of code in lots of places throughout the site. Time consuming and not fun. The alternative is a "quick fix" which is messy but works. I hate the thought of doing that. But I'll probably do that so the dang thing works for now and then plan on sitting down and doing a lot of grepping to implement a permanent solution, perhaps during some air travel I have planned over the next couple of weeks.
