Does anyone know how to capture a image from a webcam using VB 6.0 or VB.NET or C++.NET? I've searched in Google for weeks finding nothing useful. Most of the results are "posts without reply", and Ads.
I want to get the RGB values of every pixel of the captured image. (BMP?) Stanley |
