#189577 - Parallel programming P89V51 |
As the final copies of an old project based on P89V51, I managed to get some "new" chip stock out of Hong Kong which unfortunately ain't, because they are all running in X2 mode, and I need them in X1. Clearly they need programming in a parallel system to clear the X2 bit, but I haven't had to parallel burn devices for years, and my old programmer is now throroughly obsolete !!!
I've bought a "Genius G540" programmer which was cheap as chips, and claims to program our device. Has anyone any clue how to set the programmer to put the bootloader in block 1 ? Thanks Steve |
