Do you know why they're useful and necessary?

If you want help, you mustn't ignore the remarks that those who might help you provide. Your assembly language program is entirely unintelligible without comments telling the reader what you expect your program to do, and how you expect it to accomplish that.

If the "code" you've provided is not your own work, then you should thoroughly understand it before asking us to decipher it for you.
