as said so often before "if you can't write the code yourself, downloaded code is worthless" with 89s52 since the device is I²C, you will be far better off with a uC with hardware I²C anyhow, since we did that when the king of diamonds were still a knight, there are bit-banging I²C code all over the place, Google, the code library here, Maxim website, NXP, ....
