take a look at
http://www.infineon.com/dgdl/d805...1a1d772998 and decide what you might have to do The first few lines of the datasheet say, "SAB 80C535/80C535-16 CMOS microcontroller for external ROM" That means that all you have to do is to program the external EPROM/FLASH/BBRAM/FRAM or whatever you choose.
