Hello, I have already tried the display with column refreshing technique with some problem of 'missing the letters and double appearance of any letter some time.

So decided to go with column refrshing technique but I am stuck in writng the assembly code for shifting the 'Row character code'.

I make a study trough net and found the concept of 'display buffer' and relate coding was in C of PIC micro, I coudn't understand all those stuffs.

I am using 8-modules of 5x7 matrix and 74hc 595 SIPO.

Please suggest some ideas to write code in Assembly for shifting the 'Row character' into the display buffer and updating it.
