We use a peak detector to convert signals from the radio to square waves, and try to send the signals to the channel(s) of MCO3004 (sic?) chip

Please explain what you mean by that.

As already noted, the MCP3004 is a 4-channel ADC (Analogue-to-Digital Converter).
See the description of the WWVB signal referenced here: http://www.8052.com/forum/read/185834 - how do you intend applying that to a 4-channel ADC?

I might need look-up table and interupt service routines in Assembly code

Why do they specifically need to be in Assembler?

but I have no idea how to start.

Start by studying the 8051 architecture, and 8051 assembly language programming.
The 8051 is not a new architecture - it's been around over 30 years - so there is no shortage of materials available on this subject!

You could start with the tutorial here: http://www.8052.com/tutorial
You will need to study the so-called "bible" for the 8051: http://www.8052.com/faqs/120112
