1)Why is P0 an open drain? Is it related to being able to use that port for addresses?
because the designer of the chip decided so

2)Why the value of 10k ohms resistor array used as pull-up on P0?
because the value matches the application the circuit was made for

the above answers may seem fastidious, but they are perfectly vaili

Also any source of explaining the source/sink ?(tried googling but none of the results I understood well)
