#184833 - Sourcing historic uCs |
Is it still possible to source these ancient / historic microcontrollers? I am interested in trying a hobby project that is built on one of the "first" micros, but the few distributors I am familiar with don't carry them.
In particular I would like to find an MCS-48 (Intel 8048... or an EPROM variant) or a TI TMS1000 / 1200 (no idea if this was ever produced in non-mask version) |
