... as far as the serial port is concerned. Please resort to the "bible" or other general '51 reference work for detailed description of its working.
As far as "multiprocessor" support goes, it does support 9-bit modes and the "interrupt on 9th bit set only" feature. It does not support automatic address recognition, as that has been added only later to the "enhanced" '51s (startig with the 'FA, if I am not mistaken). JW |
