Ok cool. Glad to hear that this is your own work in spite of the problems the solenoid relay driver circuit has. So you will have some more work to do. Please do carefully study the circuits on that FAQ page. There is a hot link in the text of that FAQ page (where it says "this post" in the first line or so) that takes you to a thread here that discusses driving 12V loads with an MCU. In that thread Kai Klaas does a superb job of describing the current flows on the circuit so you can get a better understanding of how the circuit works. |
