Thanks for taking the time to reply. However, we have covered all the bases mentioned. We do have a supervisor chip for the power/reset, the oscillator has started and is running well in advance. Access to the EEPROM is via a MOVX A,@DPTR command. It only requires a bit set to make the EEPROM accessible. The primitives in the compiler code appear correct and so does the compiled assembler code. Anyway, on with the search. Thanks for your time. |
