#182631 - Using Google Documents....arrrgh. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hristo,
If you want folks to look at your documents you should find a way to make them visible without forcing the reader to have to download and install software or to join a special Google club. I for one simply skipped any look at your work because I do not use Google Documents. There is a well documented method here on this site wherein you can create a user page on www.8052.com. Once made you can upload files to it and then link to them in your forum posting. If the files that you post are viewable by the typical reader I am sure that you'd get more participants in your thread discussion. Suitable formats for browser viewing would be various types of bitmap images (.jpg, .bmp and .png) and another safe bet is to use .pdf because of its common usage on the web most folks already have a viewer for that installed. Michael Karas PS..I did not find the link to the tutorial for how to setup the user page and make use of it. Maybe someone else can chime in and post it for you. |
