A quick search for "load cell amplifier circuit" will get you what you need
there is more to amplifying loadcells than "A" circuit. precision, drift, offset, .... so "what you need" can be many things the amplifier used can, depending on requirements, be anything from a $0.02 OP-amp to a high precision chopper-stabilized amplifier.
