#182207 - Confirming Device ID |
I use several different devices in the NXP 89C51 and 89LV51 families. I can use Flash Magic to read the device and manufacturer IDs. My problem is, I can't confirm that the values being read back are correct.
That is, I cannot find in any data sheet or app note supplied by Philips or NXP, what the codes ought to be. Does anybody here know of an authoritative source for these codes? |
