As Erik hinted above, this sounds like a hardware issue.
Try to write a simple program reading the content of EPROM byte-by-byte and sending it out through the UART (I assume you do have some sort of RS232 convertor on your hardware), capture it on PC and compare to the expected content of EPROM. JW |
