If one uses the SiLabs USBXpress Windows drivers and MCU firmware library what can one expect in terms of average data rate (bytes per second) when the USB is used in an A/B ping pong buffer configuration with say 256 byte blocks?

Anybody have any experience with this?

I would be using a C8051F344 with an external 25MHz crystal.
