1- initialize outputs for all off
2- initialize a loop maximum value in a memory location 3- light the first LED 4- shift one bit at a time up to the loop maximum value (with delay between shifts) 5- ORL the result with the outputs 6- decrement the loop maximum by 1 7- loop back to step 3 until the loop maximum has reached 0 |
