#179366 - why do you care?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Now, I want to make use of fixed baud rate 9600 for the same setup. I had tried with 3rd timer (Timer 2) of 8052, but failed.

For a master-slave that does not communicate with the outside, the baudrate can be anything, there is no need to use an 'authorized' baudrate.

If you are absolutely stuck with these oscillator frequencies, just use the highest baudrate you can get.

If you have to communicate with the outside, you must change form a 'processor crystal' to a "UART crystal" such as 11.592
