Yes, unfortunately I was coming to that same conclusion, I just wanted to be sure I was not missing something easier. Also unfortunately the parts I need the info from are already programed so it looks like I will need to erase a sector, pgm it with new code and remap the boot vector to it. Afterward things will need to be put back. A huge task for what on the surface seemed to be a simple thing especially since no security was set.
While I know I could do this, my workload is too high to tackle it right now and I don't have a tool chain for the part (at present). I would be willing to pay a hungry programmer for some help in developing the needed code. If someone is willing please pm me. Thankx for the help! J |
