#178396 - hi Michael
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Dear Michael
you are completely right. i do really agree and thank you.

actually i did tried some coding of my own as you said (c51 with led, switch and LCD) and all are works fine without any help. i just followed some tutorials and books..
but with big/advance steps, i do stuck in coding :(
like to build a timer and make it counting in seconds and increment minutes...

however, i'm not a guy in this field, i just want this timer to run and include it into my project (Telecom. project for MIMO antenna system).
thats why i'm trying to get a very close example to my needs. plus my time is very limited to make this timer run...
after that i will be far away from the PIC programming...
and thats how i'm being so lost between you, guys in this field trying to get some help..

i posted here after i got this program running/counting on the LCD, but got problem in the seconds counting!!! it's count till 89 then reset to 00 and increment minutes by 1.
i though i could be from the crystal size!!
i had tried to modify the crystal size but it's still say counts in seconds!

thats all my story :-s

thank you dude, you are so helpful and good guy :)
my regards
