We are using NXP P89V52X2FN controllers in our products, and programming them using ELNEC BeeProg+ programmer.
Below is the link for P89V52X2FN datasheet: |pp=[t=pip,i=P89V52X2_3]] Earlier, we used P89C52X2BN controllers and locking the code with security bits levels 1,2,3 by flash on ELNEC programmer. But, now, I don't know how to use the security bits in this P89V52X2FN. What is the procedure to lock this controller code? How to manage the security bits in P89V52X2FN? |
