My point was that there's LOTS of information available on relay drivers. What sort of drivers one uses is pretty much up to the user, but one does have to know what one wants.

The first step, always, is to examine prior art. The most common approach seems to be the low-side driver. It would be helpful to the O/P to figure out why that is.
