Have you proved that your RF design is reliable?
Have you 100% proved that both the Tx design and Rx design are reliable? Do you have RF equipment, demo test kits etc that prove the reliability of the RF design at either end? Can you connect the digital serial streams from Tx to Rx (assuming they have the correct logic levels and protocol) to see if the digital transmission is correct before connecting via RF. Is the transmitter on frequency? is the Rx on frequency? Is the transmitter modulating incoming correctly? do you have equipment to prove this is correct? Is the receiver demodulating the incoming RF signal correctly? do you have equipment to prove this is correct? Without answers to the questions above.... then it will be much more difficult to help you. Joe |
