Hi!
Which sensors you are using? From your message, it seems that you are using two sensors to identify large & small bottles,running down the same line. For the sensor that detects large bottle, the small one is picked as defective. Hence it is difficult to detect both in the same line. So if your design permits, Why not use a Load- cell below scrap box when you are using it for scrap bottles of both sizes? Regards. Sandy. |
