#171116 - Thumb drives and 8051 |
Gathering data with 8051 and need to bring data to desktop for analysis. Sneeker-net is the transfer media of choice. Storage can take a variety of forms, but with the huge availability of both device and ports, the thumb drive sure does look appealing. The 8051 will need to support FAT, and it seems that elm-chan.org has a system module that I could put into the micro. I have seen a lot of discussion on flash cards but nothing on thumbs.
Anyone aware of work done with thumbs and wish to comment on it? |
