I have several of the Phillips P89C52NBA which I am finally getting around to using. I don't have datasheet, so not sure on upper freq. I realize pinouts, operation, etc ok, but timing is potential hair pulling. If this part is faster than the "U" type, than I'm good to go, but if its slower...... Anyone with a datasheet or at least some info on the speed of the "N" device?
