No, I didn't say that at all! What I said was that the "standard" way to use a USB-to-UART Bridge is as a "Virtual" COM port - so, as far as the PC programming is concerned it is no different to programming a "real" COM port. So where will that leave Maninder if he takes your advise? I suspect that it will make no difference to Maninder whatsoever, as he doesn't actually seem to have any interest in this at all! :-( |
