there's no schematic and no comments of code lines. I don't know what the port 3 lines correspond to, I don't know what the different delays are about and I don't know what the look up table shows. Trying to understand what you have done so far and would like to do in the future would end in an endless guessing.

Be much, much, much, more specific!
