1. Can you post the schematic ? Please also mention the type of Sensor you are using : NPN Type or PNP Type, and various other specifications. Can you post a link to Specifications ?
2. What is the Maximum Speed of Pulses coming from the Proximity Switch ?
3. Do you have any high current equipment close to your product or near the wires that goes all the way to the Sensor?
4. Do you have any high current equipment using the same Mains Supply Source as your product?
5. Do you have any filtering circuit at the Interrupt input of the Microcontroller ?
