#169575 - negative diode voltage |
I am using a custom chip which has several rows of diodes and resistors connected in individual rows.Actually there is no intentional connection between the diodes and resistor.
I get a forward bias voltage of the diode to be 0.8V for 1mA current.(when there is no current flowing into resistor) However when there is a current flowing into the resistor the diode voltage becomes -ve about -1 v or so. What are the possible reasons for the voltage across the diode to become negative? thanks Siva |
