#168948 - how to use FTDI Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Thanks Mr.oliver and Mr.steve for the suggestions.
If AT89C5131 will not fulfill UART communication using USB then I do not use it. It is better to use AT89S52 for in-system (in-circuit) programming using ISP and USB to UART Bridge using FTDI as oliver suggested. I feel it as an inexpensive solution. Let me know how to use FTDI chip to connect AT89S52. Is it required max232 again in between? I have started searching in the net for in-system flashing of AT89S52 with ISP. I request your information w.r.t FTDI connections for AT89S52 and any web links. |
