Atmel appears to wake up their single-clocker '51 line once again.
There are 3 new chips' datasheets on Atmel's webpage: the '428/'828, and, a big surprise, not contained in the original leaflet announcing the AT89LP line, a biblical-pin-compatible (albeit it's 3V only) AT89LP6440. Availability is of course unknown (for me at least) at the moment. JW |
