Several 8051 variants support SPI hardware.
and the development cost of SPI/IIC slaves include the cost of a bottle of aspirin. to clarify: it is fairly simple to develope a SPI/IIC slave, but to develop one that does not make everything else fall apart by hogging the processor is a REAL headache. Erik |
