The problem is simple : I am looking to buy from the net two good softwares for Disk Defragging and Optimizing the Windows registry. I am using Win_XP Pro.
Definition of "Good" in this context : Software that is stable, does what it is meant to without crashing itself or my love life. I am looking at softwares like PerfectDisk, O&O Defrag, RegClean etc. But the problem is to know which is the best or even good. Everyone has identical credentials - 5 star rating from TuCows, PC Editor choice , CNet Download ranking etc not to mention Certfied Gold Partner of Microsoft. Any recommendatiosn from the forum members ?? ( The Defrag that comes with Win_XP does not measure up - or am I missing something here ??) Thanks Raghu |
