Is your program in assembler language?
If so then the 30H to 7FH are is not a hard and fast limit. You should be able to fully analyze the programs usage of register banks 1, 2 and 3, the boolean bit flags area, and the stack area size used. Based on that analysis you may find that more RAM of the 256 is available to you.
