Ok. Now I got it. Data segment for a classic 8051 is 128 Bytes & for an 8052 is 256 Bytes, Since I was able to increase the buffer size to 239 with:
idata unsigned char image_buffer[239]; for the RD2. Now the build O/P was : Program Size: data=256.0 xdata=0 code=1502 But what about my 508 Byte array? Seems I would have to use external RAM!? |
