Do you mean the diode in parallel with the relay coil in my schematic or the snubber at the output pins of the relay when switching inductive load? I need to control 12V door opener - for this I want to use resistor 50R and capacitor 0.1uF in series but I dont know what type is the the best - film or ceramic? Thanks...
