#165914 - EPM900, says Command 'startmon() timeout!
Using philips 89LPC930 controllers, I am using EPM900 as emulator. When I try to go into debug mode, it says Command 'startmon() timeout! Target monitor can not start. And comes out from debug.

EPM900 is emulator/programmer for philips lpc9xx series.

I can not use emulator.

Before it was happening once in a while but now it contineously gives this problem. I tried disconnect the EPM900 from USB and reconnect, restart Keil IDE, restart computer, update the uvision from keil site etc.

I was searching the data base and found a solution that if i configure the internal clock then problem will be resolved, but I already had internal clock selected.

I also found a very old thread saying that earlier version of lpc2emp.dll file had some timing issues which was fixed in the newer version of lpc2emp.dll. i made sure that i have the latest lpc2emp.dll file.

So far Keil help is no help to me. They haven't come up with solution to this issue yet.

Does any of you come across with such problem as I see many of you have used EPM900 board. If so then have you find any solution to this? Or can any one suggest me some site to search for the solution?

Thanks,

Rauf
